Bloody winter. part 31
(Disclaimer: Tigreb perspective)

Two weeks passed by. I would have said quickly, but it was the whole opposite. It was an eternity.
I was already tired by all the acting and I still hadn't said yes to Kale. I was wearing that number 7 dress I randomly chose.
I would have said it was pretty if I had seen it on the shop vitrine, but wearing it for a day like this made me realise the crime I was doing to my soul and heart.
All of those fotos taken were blinding my eyes, but I was somehow greatful I didn't have to see anything clearly. I had imagined this day a lot. So many dreams shattered with each flash of the cameras.

On the long corridor before me, walking straight ahead was the hardest thing to do. Somehow I was looking all around to see his face. I knew he said he wouldn't come, but somehow I was still hopefull to see a glimpse of him standing there in the crowd.
I didn't notice him.
"Why would he come? He has nothing to do here. Maybe it is better that he is not here. At least it may be easier for me to accept this. I might have regretted if I had to do this before of him, and him not being here means not giving Kale that pleasure he is trying so hard to get. " I was thinking to myself, slowly walking with the white high heals.

Kale in his white costume that he chose before was looking at the security. He looked a little uneasy walking some steps towards me. He slowly leaned on my right cheek as if to give me a kiss. The people were laughing and applauding. The whole room was loud, as Kale whispered in my ear.
