Rescuing a Lady from a Hoztile Castle
Sansa Stark was riding her horse slowly back to her brother Jon Snow's camp Jon wouldn't accept it. Sansa knew her brother Ricon Stark captured was already dead Ramsey Bolton. Would most certainly kill him Ramsey killed his father Ruce quickly enough.

Him Montu completely summersaulting he landed on the back of the riders horse. Picked him up by the scruff the neck with one arm threw the rider goodness knows where.
Montu was fast and strong even Jon paused for a short to time to watch before going after Ramsey in Winterfell. Jon beatup Ramsey pretty good before Ramsey was taken to a prison, Jon looked. Tormond gaped up at the sky "by the Gods that Norpin blood bat is real" Montu levitated and landed lightly his armour a bit beatup.
