The diary of an ADULT BABY prt2
My first day in secondary school the military guys at the gate welcomed me with hot lashes because I was late. I have always being a cry baby, so, I cried (Yes! I attended a military school, I am an Excommando as we like to call ourselves). Starting that moment, I hated that school! I spent six years of my life in a school I disliked so much, I dropped so many hints about wanting to change schools but my mum would always apologise and tell me to be patient.
The thing is; I hated the punishments , I was a very obedient kid but all the other stubborn kids would always land us in trouble. I think the one punishment I will never forget was the time I was flogged because some of the kids refused to sing a song or the time I was slapped for refusing to play (the maths teacher was a crazy dude, teachers back them were mean).
I am glad I went there because it taught me a lot, I am always punctual thanks to the training I got back in school. I never give up, I am not scared of facing difficulties and I can always walk alone.
Our experiences make us better people. I am glad I was there back then, it led me to right now.
Ps. I was/am proud of my school but I never liked the school till I graduated. I loved the people in it, though!
