If my so called father had not gone out with his friends.I wouldn't have dared to sit in Ansel's car seat. Ansel agreed in a second when i asked him that if i could come with them.
Ethan was happy and sat in my arms with a smile on his face.
"Don't you have to inform anyone in your family that you are coming with me ?" Ansel asked without looking at me as he was driving.
There was this word again. FAMILY
Its not like I never knew the meaning of this word and the joy it brings with it but considering recent time I have completely forgotten it. Coming back to reality I answered Ansel's question and said," No"
I wasn't initiating conversation very much as I was afraid that he will get to know the truth.
Ansel frowned slightly but said nothing.
Relieved that he didn't ask further questions I looked out of the window , slightly humming a song.
When we reached his home, where he was going to change for his meeting, he went out of his seat and opened my door.
Are there men who still do that? I smiled in my head.
We went to the elevator and he punched the code of his home . The moment the lift opened , I was. stunned to see that house.
Never in my life I had seen something this elegant.
My mouth hit the floor( just kidding) and Ansel grinned.
" I hope you like home. Sit. I will be just back."
" Your home is lovely Ansel and of course take your time."I said looking at him.
He took the stairs and went to wherever he put clothes.. Room or Closet.
Ethan tugged on my arms and said," Mamma see Ethan room, come.' He took me by hands and led me to left direction.
His room was filled with stars and space ships. I crouched in front of Ethan and said," Baby , do you like stars?"I asked him.
He blushed and nodded yes and came to hug me.
"Mamma . Don't leave me . I love you . Don't tell daddy but I love you more." He giggled and I laughed.
"And here I thought I was the best father in this world." Someone said from behind me and when I turned I saw Ansel leaning on the door frame and smiling at us.
And I will be damned if I didn't say that he looked super hot and handsome in his black suit.
