I understand that you may think I am old-minded because I get uncomfortable when you talk to someone else and I feel a sense of insecurity about our relationship. But please believe me when I say that I am trying my best to overcome these feelings. It's not that I don't trust you or that I am trying to control you, it's just that I have my own insecurities and fears that sometimes get the best of me. I know it may not be rational, but these feelings are real to me and they are something I struggle with on a daily basis. I am constantly working on bettering myself and learning to trust more, but it takes time. So please be patient with me and know that everything I do is out of love for you. I just want us to have a strong and loving relationship, and sometimes my fears get in the way. But know that I am trying my best to overcome them and become a better partner for you.

But still it's unacceptable for me because may be I'm little selfish when it comes to you.
