The Paladin 4

Nguvu woke up in the forest with his clothes all torn like he was just in a fight with a wild animal, the thought had not left his mind when he saw a dead tiger beside him.
"By the god's did i do this..." gazing his hands which were full of blood
Nguvu continued to roam in that forest beside the streams for 3 years surviving on fruits, fish and anything that tried to kill him... It was either kill or be killed by the animals until they learned to live in peace- each within his zone.
One day Nguvu was lying on the branches of a Baobab tree when he heard a scream from the stream side.
Having already known his way around, he quickly ran to the direction for the rescue.
A black grizzly bear almost twice his size was attacking a woman. He slued to the front of the bear, diving to dodge its claws, he ran apace, climbing its back, as the bear jostled he grabbed it by the jaw and pulled until he tore its mouth in two.
"By Gormamu!" The woman said astonished. Are you man or god she inquired
I am but a mere man...what brings you far into the outskirts of Tumaini, surely not a pot of water? Nguvu asked
"I come to seek the one who was banished, the village made a terrible mistake..we are in grave danger. Shari has grown more angry everyday since he was cast out, for the gods are angry with Tumaini and there has been no harvest for her to take...She comes soon to destroy the whole village..i must find him" she squalled. "Nguvu is our only hope"
”Me!!”
"Praise to the gods...we have hope as the name of the village means. You must come with me my son your people need you."

”My people! You threw me out when i lost everyone...i lost everything in that place;my mama, bibi, even my father..."

"Your father? She cuts him short...you did not lose your father in the village or even lose him at all...."
