Last night when everyone slept,
A Moon Bear rolled up in bed covers woke up again to write & wrote some articles and amendments till 3 :30 or more in the night
but in the morning it was fine as Moon Bear was satisfied with last night's work,
And studied some more but by afternoon,
Bear complained to his mother as --
Bear's head is reeling and capacity is low with his whiskers hanging low and instead of a Bear he looks like some Panda 🐼 fat and chubby with beautiful under eyes dark parabolic dunes, while his cheeks are plump... like mounds and so taking pity on himself & after much deliberation he proclaimed to himself, "Humans hunt us for Bear bile & for fun and deteriorate our Mother Sagarmala's ( Himalayas)land and lush green forests, our population is declining, so I must respect at least my health and our community's so that we thrive well away from getting extinct, And later when I become a barrister I can represent my Bear community well",
So, Moon Bear now plans to hibernate for the rest of the day, without being so hard to himself!

Post Scriptum -- Study but rest also... to help your cells regenerate & secrete healthy melanin and collagen!
(Care for yourself it is going to be the best care that you can give it to yourself, better than any other agency like Spa, Sauna etc)
