MY GUARDIAN ANGEL (chapter ONE)

It rained heavily, damn it I was soaked to the skin
The sky cried hard on me.

I can't even walk properly, my favorite poker dot dress hugged my skin so tight.

'What happened today shouldn't have happened, Mrs Jane literally screamed at me'
I completely trailed off to my world of thought, not minding the down pour.

'Hey beautiful, need a lift'?
A voice in a car said slowing down.

'Do u need a lift beauty', insisting

I woke up from my world of thought.

'Huh'? Saying to absolutely no one in particular

But You know that voice sounded a lot familiar to me.

I looked behind, and a Toyota Camry screaming 'brand new' slowed down.

Like come on, I did want any one in my shoes would do, I hastened my steps.

The car followed me, still insisting;

'Come on let me drive you home'

I wanted to say mean things but at the same time, I was wet and the cold atmosphere was not helping at all.

I entered in haste.

'Tha........k' Was about saying as I shut the door
'You don't have to', cutting me short

'My name is Chris', he said.
Wait!

he was a 'he'?

There was silence as I adore his charming light brown eyes screaming 'I want you to my self'.

There it was!
His succulent pink lips that has planted a thousand memories on mine.

that look!
Like the devil calling me to lie with him.

I won't want to start adoring his hard built body, like damn!

The mean things I would have unleashed, was still stuck there, hitting me to let it out.

'I can't'
mumbling to myself. Loud enough for Chris to hear.

'Did you say something'?
Chris asked in urge to know

'Huh'?
My dumb ass couldn't say nothing.

Speechless!

I wanted leaving, till he held my hand

'Beth........'
I love the way he calls my name.

'.........please give me a chance'

'Would you like to tell me what the hell I did wrong that you stopped picking my calls and returning my text messages'?
He demanded

I could see from his charming eyes that he just needed the truth and nothing more.

'nothing'
I plainly said.

'I want to stop here'. I said, all fed up of his plea.

I literally can't take it anymore.

But Beth........

'Let me breathe Chris, pleeeese'. I interrupted.

I dashed out of his car.

Oh my gosh!

It is still pouring.

I boarded a taxi and went home angrily.
