Social anxiety disorder . What is it?
In a nutshell social anxiety disorder is a fear of people and their reaction to your actions and thoughts. It appears as anxiety in case when you need to be in the center of people's attention ( when you eat in public places, when you have to make speeches in public and so on) . This disorder usually makes it difficult to build a career and personal life. That's why we need to overcome this problem as soon as soon as possible.
To be honest, I had to deal with that too. I got a psychological trauma when I was 13. And I regret I have avoided solving this problem for so long. I stayed at home every day, and my only best friend was my phone. I had no friends. Every day I had to stem fears. And I still do this.
Undoubtedly, I can say that the only way to overcome it is to face your fears . You should analyze your negative thoughts and change them to positive ones. It's the best method.
I understand It must be really difficult to change your mind but it'll help you.
You can also do yoga, fitness etc., try to find new relaxing hobbies.
Yoga and meditations help me much to be less stressful .
And the most important thing is that you should remind yourself that there is no an ideal person in this world . We all make mistakes and it's normal. Don't focus on your weaknesses. You don't need to please people. Find your way and goals. Never be ashamed of your feelings and thoughts.
