Once there was a boy by the name of Raghav, he lives with his parents and they are the owners of jayati jewels, they are called as the Rao family. Raghav has a brother and a sister and he is the eldest of the siblings. Whereas pallavi a girl who lives with his mom, dad and she has a brother who is married. Her family owns a fashion business by the name of Sawant fashions. So these 2 family are strangers as they are from different villages(neighbor village).
