We all have a monster within us... Yours may grow or come put if someone angers you or makes you feel a certain way...
But after a certain amount of time the monster get so big, so madening. It gets so heavy because we can no longer hold it in anymore. And finally after it's released it takes all the wait off of your shoulders.
You feel so free after the Monster has Shrunk or disappeared. You might think it has disappeared, but it will come back, slowly or quickly... It depends on what makes your monster grow...
