Be just a little more kind....
When you step out in your world, always remember, the one's you are dealing with are not machines. They are human.
Be a little more kind, just a little more empathetic. They don't need your harshness, they already have enough of it.
It is fine if you cannot say a few kind words but then just don't spew unnecessary toxicity out of your mouth.
If something seems off about someone, if you can notice it, kindly talk. Just hear them out. You don't have to move the mountains. A heart that could hear them is more than enough to lift that weight which keeps pressing them.
For sure, you will have to make an extra effort to win that trust. That doesn't mean that the person in trouble is doing unnecessary drama. It is not drama at all. If the weight is too heavy, it makes you cold and silent. But somebody has to break the ice and if you can feel that silence then why not try to break it as well??
Do not judge, they already have too many of judges around them....
