BLUE DIAMOND VI
With the thought of his grandfather's words Arthur felt it necessary to find his peace again, to find his strength. To believe in what he once believed in the most magic. Arthur went home sat on the porch swing as the wind blew he shuffled through a deck of cards and was reminded of his first magic show where he met Ally for the first time, they were just kids. Arthur had to accept the fact that Ally was gone and she was never coming back. Arthur decided to turn his life around, to find his happiness and to move forward. The next morning, Arthur woke up went down stairs made breakfast, ate and then he meditated for a while to get his focus back. Arthur was distracted and he couldn't think of anything else other than Ally. Everytime he shuffled through the cards he loses focus. It took Arthur all day to practice one of his best performances but he failed each time. Arthur's cards ripped due to the amount of times he tried getting the trick just right, he got frustrated and decided to visit a magic shop that was lower down the road. They had been closed for years. Arthur thought they might have a pack of cards lying around somewhere. He knocked on the door but there wasn't anyone there. The place was filled with dust and vines and garbage. Arthur couldn't care less he left without noticing he had dropped his wallet on the front door of the shop, lurking through the windows someone was watching. Arthur returned home, it was dark only the porch lights were on and the wind blew cold, he unlocks the door as sounds of his keys echoed throughout the empty house. Arthur felt so alone, he entered the house and looked around, he noticed a letter on the floor. It seemed as though the mail man had pushed it under the door. Arthur picked up the letter, walked into the living room, sat on the sofa and opened the letter. It was from his sister she wanted to invite him to her birthday party this coming Saturday. Arthur read the invitation and smiled there was no way he would miss this. It was the perfect opportunity for Arthur to try his magic on stage once again. Arthur practiced all week and was excited to visit katharina for her birthday, he got all dressed up and looked as sharp as a knife but Arthur was missing his wallet he searched everywhere and couldn't find it. He was getting late so he decided to leave the house and look for the wallet later. Katharina runs up to Arthur and hugged him the moment she saw him. His smile was radiant and his arms felt warm it was good to see Arthur smile after so long. Katharina pulled Arthur inside and introduced him to all of her friends. Arthur didn't seem interested at all.
