The parcel that had arrived today, contained an old key and a list of instructions to use it an uncle I didn't
even know I had sent me theses things.
The letter said if I went to his cabin in Montana I wouldn't have to worry about money anymore.
Although this sounded exciting it was also weird that my Mom never told me she had an older brother.
What do you think about this kids? My teenage son looked at me and said well if we won't have to worry about money maybe we should check it out.
I went to work the rest of the week and by Friday I had our bags packed.
Are you excited about the trip? I asked Jonothan. He merely nodded his head to let me know he was.
Saturday morning we headed to the airport early and boarded by seven.I was excited for my son because this was his first flight.
As we made our way across the country through the air he was highly excited by how small everything looked below.
We also encountered a pretty bad storm along the way but he wasn't scared in fact he thought it was neat watching the lightning from inside the clouds.
We touched down by eleven am and we we made our way to the address my uncle had given us.
After following the GPS for a while we found the cabin. It was amazing. Wrap around porch, professional construction. Inside was amazing three bedrooms fully furnished big screen TV and finally the safe he had left me the key for.
Inside I found five million in gold bonds and deeds to multiple properties I was free to keep or sell at my discretion.
Yeah Jonothan and I were going to be just fine.
