Episode 14 :- Exposed!

Previously Shanaya and Abhimanyu embrace each other at the hospital, they told each other about the unknown feeling that they feel while being with each other.


Shanaya gets back to work after two days, she couldn't walk or do her chores for two days because of severe pain. Abhimanyu felt delighted as soon as he saw her and waved at her cheerfully, she did it back. Both of them awkwardly put their hand down after seeing staff beside them. She went into her cabin, he opened the curtains. They smiled looking at each other, she prepared the schedule for him and took it to him.
Abhimanyu :- How do you feel now?
Shanaya :- Ahh! Much better. Thank you for asking.....
Abhimanyu :- To be frank, I kinda missed you.....
Shanaya seemed surprised by his frankness. But she nodded as she agreed to him. He was happy to know that he wasn't alone. Since Shanaya wasn't there at work for two days, so she had a lot of work which made her stay for long. Abhimanyu asked her to come along but she stayed back for work. She finished her work and was about to leave but then Viaan called her asking for a favor.
Viaan :- Hack in the documents.... I really need it. It will be a huge success for me. My life will be set for some. time.
Shanaya :- I can't now...... you have to wait. I am in office now. I don't have my laptop.
Viaan :- Use anyone's PC, it will be faster then...I need it urgently. I had told you before why didn't you do it?
Shanaya :- I can be caught easily if I hack here only. The PCs here don't have that strong antivirus. I am on bed from past three days unfortunately so I couldn't do this sir, apparently you didn't bother to even know....
Viaan :- Isn't this normal for you? That's a great improvement that you were in bed for only 3 days. Just hack it now. I will be going out of town now, I will come around 8 : 30 am tomorrow keep it ready now, I will have to take it along.
Shanaya :- I will do it and send you.
She is a brilliant hacker, she has her expertise in numerous fields and this is one of them. She hacked into the files and got the data she copied it to a pendrive and gave it to Viaan who was waiting near her office building. Her computer through which she hacked caught the virus, but she didn't check that. Next day when she came to the office there was an uproar and chaos. Everyone was standing by their phones as there were a lot of incoming calls. Many of them including Abhimanyu surrounded Shanaya's cabin, they were seeing Shanaya's computer which had virus in it. Shanaya was shocked seeing that and asked everyone about what's happening.
Abhimanyu :- Ms. Singhal, the most important file drive which contained the proposals and quotation rates of the company has been hacked. Probably someone is going to leak it sooner or later or maybe will make use of it. It was very important data, our company may go into heavy loss because of it.
Shanaya :- Then was it not protected well?
Abhimanyu :- It was, there were three layers of password protection and the last one was unhackable. But still, I don't know how, they tried to hack we are assuming that maybe they have not hacked the third layer, but we can't know anything because of the virus in the PC. If they have hacked then we are ruined. If they haven't even then we are ruined because we can't retrieve the data now and that was the single copy. Who could it be? I think your PC was used for hacking, did you lock your cabin before leaving?
Shanaya :- Yes, I did lock it. I remember.
Abhimanyu :- Your cabin can be opened only by my and your ID card. Then how can someone enter here and hack the data.
Cynthia :- (The finance head) Wasn't Shanaya the last person to leave the office as we saw in the CCTV footage? No one was seen till morning entering or leaving the office.
Abhimanyu :- Cynthia please.....
Cynthia :- Ask her if she doesn't know hacking?
Abhimanyu :- Ms. Singhal do you know hacking?
Shanaya :- Yes, I do....
Cynthia :- See..... I told you. She is the one who hacked into the files. We all saw that she was giving a drive to someone. That drive was the company's drive.
Shanaya :- Enough Cynthia!! I can explain Mr. Shroff.
Abhimanyu was curious to know. He wasn't able to understand that how all of a sudden all the arrows turned towards her.
Abhimanyu :- I am sure you can. Go ahead.
Shanaya :- That drive contained the files which Viaan had given to me to keep safe, I had stored it in my pendrive but that got corrupted, he needed the data urgently so I copied it to the company's drive. I know hacking but that doesn't mean I did it. Suddenly, Shanaya received a call from her father.
Shanaya :- Did you do this?
Shaurya :- No... it's you who did it. Try to make them believe you without disclosing that it's me.
Shanaya :- Why did you do this of all the things?
Shaurya :- The reason why you ahve left was because he didn't trust you, now I want you to understand my situation as well. If Abhimanyu believes you, I will not ask you to take over but if he doesn't then you have to get back.
Shanaya :- Then you get ready to be back as chairman.
She disconnected the call and understood that her father hired someone to do this and frame me for it. There a man comes suddenly along with the police.
Man :- Shanaya madam, you promised if I did this and get caught you would save me. Then please save me mam. You never get back on your words.
Shanaya was shocked by seeing her Father's planning.
Shanaya :- Who the hell are you?
Man :- The man you hired to hack into your company's files. The police caught while I was waiting at the cafe for your orders, they saw me with the company's drive and since it had the three layered password protection they understood everything and arrested me. Save me Please....
Abhimanyu was now getting furious on Shanaya, he was no longer able to believe her but still was waiting and hoping that it turns out to be a lie.
