Nightmare-7
The Next day at school

Mini and I was in the classroom when Adhi entered.

"Hey, mini, how are you?" adhi asked.

"Hello adhi, I'm fine, how about you?" she said.

"I'm fine, but it appears that someone now on believes that I'm a ghost." Adhi commented as he noticed my expression.

"Hello, how are you? How's your investigation going? How are you going to prove I'm a ghost?" adhi laughed.

"I will prove," I said as I prepared to leave the classroom. I noticed Jessie entering the classroom. I recall our discussion from the previous day. I dashed over to her.

"Jessie, you are so late. I was waiting for you," I said.

" I'm sorry, it's just a-" Mini interrupted Jessie as she was about to speak.

"Not bad, jessie, she's started caring about you, she's never been this concerned about me, I'm jealous," mini remarked.

"Shut up mini, you're overreacting," I told her.

"OK, I'll 🤐 now," mini said, laughing.

"Btw, why are you waiting for Jessie? Is there anything you're keeping from me?" mini inquired.

Jessie was going to say something. But I grabbed her hand and said, "I promise you, i will tell, if you believe that Adhi is a ghost and don't take his side, "I said and took to Jessie out of class."

"You have to tell her," Jessie said.

"Forget her, I'll tell her later," I explained, "now she's not believing me, she's fallen on her heels for that abhi, she's not believing me."

"Btw, what's your plan?" I inquired of Jessie.

"We will stay in the classroom until 5 p.m. to determine whether the ghost story is true or false," she said.

"Of course it's real, I've seen him before," I said.

"OK, OK," she said, "did you see Adhi in school that day?"

"No, I saw him in a girl's house," I said, telling her the entire story of the first time I saw Adhi.

"It could be hallucination," Jessie speculated.

"No, I mean, I'd accept it as a hallucination if I only saw Adhi once, but I saw him staring at me throughout the marriage, and whenever I asked anyone about him, they said no one is staring me."

"OK, we'll see," she said.

"But how do you get if Adhi is a ghost, you can't see ghosts, you can only smell them, do you think that's enough?" I inquired.

"No, it isn't, but I think we can catch him because I know adhi's smell, and once we get hit with the classroom ghost, I can tell whether he is adhi or not," she explained.

"OK, but what if another ghost smells the same as him?" I wondered.

"Every ghost has a different smell and if any possibility created like this, then we have my friend's husband with us," she said as he took my hand in his, "come out brother."

"Hello, beautiful," he said.

He's in front of me once again. I was now on unsure whether he was a ghost, a dream, or something else. If he isn't real, Adhi can't be either, and if he was, Adhi was a ghost too.

" Hey, where have you gone, stop checking on me, I don't want a divorce yet, I'll think about it later, but not now." He stated.

"'Stop fooling,' said Jessie.

" Hey you lost again, come out of your thinking," Jessie said as she shook me to get me out of my head.

"It's all so perplexing," I said.

"Let it be, we have to get to class first," Jessie said.

"Hey bro, we want you to be on time in afternoon ." jessie gave him the order .

"Whatever, for now, I'm disappointed your friend didn't respond to my joke about divorce," he said, making a sad face.

A small smile appeared on my face.

"Yes, this is what I'm looking for; thank you very much. Sadness does not look good on you. Keep a bright smile on your face at all times "He stated.

"Thank you," I said.

"Let's go now, class is about to start soon," Jessie said as she dragged me back to class.

"By ," he said with a cute face and vanished in the air.

We return to class. I had to sit with that adhi yet again.

"Where have you been for that long? I was waiting for you," he inquired.

"Woh," mini exclaimed.

I gave a angry look to mini.

"I'm sorry," mini apologised, her laugh hidden.

"Why are you waiting for me? I'm not your girlfriend," I explained.

"You're right, but one day you'll be," he said.

"I'm not interested in ghosts," I explained.

Behind me, I hear a sobbing voice. When I turned around, I saw Jassie's friend's husband. He was sobbing uncontrollably.

"You broke my heart, I was about to divorce my wife, but you said you're not interested in ghosts," he sobbed.

It was extremely difficult to keep my laughter to myself.

"What happened, why are you laughing?" adhi inquired.

"It's none of your business," I explained.

I wished for the day to pass quickly. So we could do whatever we want.

::after school, outside :;

"Can I drop you off at home today?" adhi inquired.

"There's no need," I said.

"U can drop me off," mini told Adhi.

"Sure," adhi replied.

They abandon me near the school's main gate. I was relieved that the mini had left because now I wouldn't have to explain anything. I sat and waited for Jessie...

"I was looking for you at school," Jessie explained.

"I'm sorry, Adhi and Mini were with me at the time, so I had to pretend I left the school," I explained.

"Now we can go inside; there are only 5 minutes left," Jessie said.

We are back in school. The same things started happening as they happen the first time .the light started fluttering. We made our way toward our classroom.

" You guys forgot about me."

We heard a voice and turned to see it was Jessie's friend's husband.

"How can we forget you, you are the most important part of our plan, without you, our plan will fail," I said.

"Oh, you're so sweet," he said, beaving like a child.

We walked into our classroom. There is still 1 minute left. I was the first to enter the classroom. Jessie and his friend's husband was behind me. As I walked in, the door shut behind me, preventing Jessie and her husband from entering. The light went out.

"Oh no no no, open it," I said as I attempted to open the door.

I was frightened to death. My mind was spinning. The room was fully lighted the last time I was there, but this time it was completely dark. I can hardly see anything. My vision became hazy. And my head was hurting a lot.

I noticed two people in front of me. I couldn't see them because they were blurry. I can only see their backs and not their faces. I noticed a boy and a girl figure. Boy took the girl's hand and led her to the first desk.

I was trying to open my eyes so I could see them clearly, but my eyes were not cooperating. My head was starting to hurt a lot. Every time I close my eyes. In my mind, I saw those figures. What exactly was it?

The figures were conversing and laughing. The boy figure expresses his feelings for the girl. And they're both telling each other about their days. When I opened my eyes, the image became increasingly clear, and when I closed them again, it became increasingly blurry.

"I wish we could be together forever," the girl said.

"We will, I will never leave you, not even after death," the boy said.

They both burst out laughing.

I closed my eyes for a few moments.
I saw the boy figure fall from Stairs and a tear fell from my eyes. I noticed him Dying in pain. He kept it in. He was severely injured. He couldn't even move. But, in the midst of his agony, I noticed a smile on his face.

" I will never leave you, not even after I die."boy said.

Tears began to fall . His words pierced my heart like a knife.

I felt so weak. I couldn't even stand up or see clearly. I was only half awake.I felt someone came near me. someone stand me up and lead me to that desk, where we sat and he placed my head on his shoulder, and he made me to hug his arm

"I keep my promise, Kaira, I will never abandon you," he said.

"It's Adhi speaking. I'm aware that it's Adhi "I tried to speak slowly at first.

"Don't force yourself, Kaira, stop looking for the truth, it will only hurt you, stop," he said.

By his power Jessie's friend's husband enter the classroom. He appeared shocked .Then I went unconscious.
