Dear best friend,
It's been so long since I heard from you. How are you doing? How the things are going?
Do you know, the last time we met? Yes, I remember it well. It was almost two years back. Remember the promises we made? Yes, the same promise that we would never fall apart. We would still be the same best friends, who would blabber non stop when discussing books and movies. We would be the same best friends who would laugh like a lunatic whenever either of us would crack even the lamest joke. We would be the same best friends who would be there, whenever one of us need help. We would be the same best friends, who would exchange brownies amd biryani without thinking twice. We would be the same best friends who would defend each other behind their back. We would be the same forever, FOREVER!
I didn't knew, that forever was way too soon. Long calls to short single lined messages just to ask how are we both doing in our lives, the end came too early than expected. I expected our friendship to last longer, or maybe forever because that was the bond I cherished my entire lifetime. I miss you each and every day, and the reminiscent of memories just play as a series of flashbacks in my sub consciousness.
Lately I have realized nothing as best friend exists, in the end it is all us who are our best friend. Just lots of prayers for you champ! You are brilliant and I love you so much.
