Darkness is surrounded the Nallamala forest from all sides.The only source of the light is fullmoon light.Suddenly a group of snakes is creeped to the temple of Bholenath (Lord Shiva)on the top of a hill.There a priest(sarweashwar) is doing venitration to the idol of Bholenath.Suddenly all the snakes shift their forms to humans.And start the naag tandav(dance of shape shifting serpents) to impress and get blessings from Bholenath.

After completed their naag tandav the naags and naagins remove their scales and scutes due to full moon.One of the naagins asks the priest about RUDRAPOURNAMI.Sarweshwar repiled 'RUDRAPOURNAMI is the most auspicious day.This day appears once for 10,000 years.On last RUDRAPOURNAMI king and queen of your clan(shesha vamsham) were dead due to the greedy of the king of evil naag clan(thakshaka vamsham)on TRINETRA MANI.Before her death naag rani cursed the clan to lose their powers and led the normal lives as humans until her rebirth.And rescued the TRINETRA MANI from the the thakshaka raj with the help of Prathaprudra (king of the SURYA VAMSHAM).The naagin said to sarweshwar 'we are so glad for having the naagrani with all good and brave qualities.Because of her we are soo relieved from the torture of that thakshak naags.'To her words sarweshwar said 'Where there is beginning end also be there,where there is end beginning also be there.This time a new beginning is already started.The rebirth of our naagrani was happened.So the birth of heir of thakshak vamsh was also happened.We can't disturb the story narrating by Bholenath.But you all take promise that whenever our naagraj,naagrani need our help all should put your lives in process of helping her'.They all took the promise and went away from the temple.
