The debacle :
The two trees grew side by side
Both got the same attention and
Both cultivated strong fruit bearing trees

Lemon:
I am yellow - a primary colour
I dress the many gourmet food
I make sour with relish
I am also an essential cleanser
I have sisters in lime...

Orange:
I am orange - the colour of sun
I am the breakfast choice
I make sweet flavours
I am also nutritious
I have cousins in citrus...

The sourness:
The lemon - complains about the superficial life of conflict and uncertainty

The questions:
When all goes bad - we develop grudges and spitfire angst - so where is the reserved empathy for the angelic ?

The sweetness :
The orange - asserts about the joy of prosperity and small mercies
When all goes well - we rejoice in festivity and celebration - so where is the asterisked sympathy for the devil?

The debate :
So what - said the water - I am the life carrier - sometimes the creator
So how - said the sun - I am the life energiser - sometimes the destroyer
So why - said the air - I am the life giver - sometimes the preserver

The politics:
The water, sun and air: together we are the machinations of life - without us there is no lemons nor oranges...

The verdict:
The lemon and orange : what a bunch of ultra-egos from outer space !
