Chapter Sixteen

Lana's P.O.V

"Where did Mark take Candy!?"I yelled.
"How am I supposed to know?"he asked me.
"He is your brother!"I said.
"And I don't know everything about him, the only sibling I was close to was Aby and she's gone"he said.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to bring her up"I said.
"Its ok"he said.
"Can you tell me about her?"I asked.

He looked at me.

"If you don't mind, I'm totally ok if you don't want to"I said.
"Come with me"he said and walked off.

I followed behind.

"Aby was the youngest of all of us, she was always positive about things until one day I saw her in her room crying. When I went to her and ask her what's wrong she just put a smile on her face and said she was ok."He said.


We entered a room.

"This room belonged to her."he said.

I looked around

It was empty, But clean. There wasn't a bed, closet... Nothing.

"Why is it-"
"Empty? After she died my parents cleaned her room, it's like she wasn't born they don't even let Sophie in here."he said.
"Oh"
"The day I came in here and say her crying and she said she was ok, I knew she wasn't she had her phone in her hand I took it from her turns out someone was threatening her. They said that 'people like her and all of us where to be extinct. We should not be able to breathe same air humans do, we should not walk on this earth'. Even though that unknown person was giving her threats she still kept positive she didn't care she looked out for us more that she looked out for herself and then she had a baby that was the happiest she had ever been. She named her Sophie each letter of her name with a meaning. S-spectacular O-outstanding P- perfect H-helpful I-incredible and E-extraordinary. She loved Sophie so much.
