So i went to a formal party, and there I met my friend Ivan and Tony and Cody. Tony was Ivan's boyfriend and Cody was single. So Ivan introduced me to the twin brothers, well I had seen them before on YouTube but ya. So I said to Cody, "Hi I'm Rachel" And we took our hands forward to shake hands. He was looking into my eyes and said, "Hi..... I'm Cody" And he didn't leave my hand, Tony said, "Cody!" He left his hand and we started talking, then Tony and Ivan went somewhere else in the party and Cody asked me, "So do you like formal parties? " I answered, "To be Honest, not that much but I like slipping out of formal parties and going on the roof for stargazing." He continued, "wow, so let's go ", " Where? " he held my hand and we went on the roof for stargazing. We watched the beautiful stars ⭐ we talked that could we meet again, we didn't know that but he said he was going for a party even I was but we didn't know if we were going to the same one,and then he slowly put his hand on mine and we held hands together tightly. Then I said, "Aren't the stars the most beautiful thing ever? " He looked at me and came closer to me and said, "They are beautiful but I know something more pretty than this" I asked him what it was he said, "It's you" He came closer , I could hear his breath, he put his hand around my cheek and we were about to kiss, when his phone rang. In my mind I said, "oh shoot " He said, "Um... Wait right here I'll be back, actually Lucas is calling me ... Wait right here I'll be back" He went down stairs, it was 11 at night, and I had to go home, so I left a note on the roof that said, "I'm sorry I had to go but I promise we will meet again!❤" He came back and saw the note. That night I couldn't sleep at night as I was thinking about him. a week passed by and my friend Monica called me for a party at her house, I went there and saw that Cody was there too. we both were very happy to see each other we spoke a lot and then Monica called us for a game. All of us were sitting down and we were gonna play '7 minutes in heaven' Basically it was like you habe to spin the bottle and whoever it lands on, you habe to go with that person in a room and kiss for 7 minutes. It was my turn, thankfully it landed on Cody. we both went in he looked into my eyes and said, "Rachel I really like you" I replied, "me too I don't know how but that night I wasn't able to sleep and... " before I could complete my sentence he kissed me and that was the best feeling ever. We started hanging out more often and one day when it was my birthday he proposed me and asked me to be his girlfriend, and I said yes ❤
And that's how I met my soulmate.
