Fruitful Odyssey: Little Escape
The country held a dear place in her heart,
Soft breeze ripple through the grass,
Pleasant melodies fill the atmosphere,
The sun just hit right, cosy light & subtle warmth.
Every weekend she'd call it her little escape,
Runny away from the smoke of city affairs,
And the chaos of variables just to communicate.
Believing less words carry more weight,
More meaning than the fluff for importance.
The country side had no hidden intentions,
It hits clearly like the stench felt from farm breeze.
She called them silent killers,
Because you don't notice until you notice..
But it is always there.
She loved the people and their simple living,
What keeps her coming were the people,
She always said "at least these smiles are real"
She believed the people in the city,
Have become spurious.
Everyone wants to be a puzzle to be figured out,
To be a protagonist in everyone's story,
But in the country that headache doesn't exist.
She can connect and be free,
Laugh without holding it in,
Express her thoughts & hold conversations
Regardless of disagreements..
They had tougher skin,
Knowing life is bigger than just moments,
Living purposely, Understanding reality
Is the only gravity that keeps them humble.
She loves the countryside,
It's her little escape for peace of mind.
When she arrives her phone dies,
"Alas, I'm free to unwind."
