The footsteps following me sounded closer. I ran through the empty corridors of the hospital, my heart pounding with terror. I turned a corner and stopped short. I had reached a dead end.
Then suddenly I heard a loud bang like a bowl made of aluminum falling right on the tiled floor of the hospital I was administered in. I turned to look, my heart pounding fast in fear and saw Edward my friend. I was extremely scared but seeing Edward made me feel relaxed a little. I suddenly felt scared again when I saw the human figure on the floor. Before I could say a word Edward grabbed my hand and dragged me to the parking lot.
I was scared to death that in the process of entering the car I fainted. The last thing I could see was Edward's enormous figure coming towards me saying my name Cassandra.
