My Environment My Lifestyle

The environment is a place where the different things are like a spongy and warm environment. These things can bio-tic (living things) and non-bio-tics (non-living things). The environment includes different forces such as chemical, physical and other kind of natural forces. The word environment we use is used to talk about many things. Environment is the complex of natural forces and bio-tic factors that act upon a community or on an organism and ultimately determine its shape and survival.
All the creatures live on this planet comes under the planet. It doesn’t matter whether they live on land or water they all part of environment. It includes all living creatures on earth, sunlight, plants, etc.
The earth is the only planet in a whole universe that supports life (for now). The environment can also be considered as a cover that keeps life on the planet safe and sound.
We cannot understand the real value of the environment. Yet we can measure it’s some of importance that can help us to understand that how important is the environment for us. It plays an integral in keeping the creatures healthy in the environment. For example, it controls the ecological balance that maintain its check on the life of earth that they keep going well. It also gives food, shelter, air and fulfill all the demands of life for every creature, no matter big or small.
It’s worthy to say that complete life support of all living creatures, including humans on the environmental factors. It assists to maintain the many life and chemical cycles on earth such as Nitrogen cycle, Carbon cycle and many other, necessary for life.
The most important thing about environment is that it is the source of natural beauty and it is also essential for our maintaining mental and physical health.
We will always remain under the debt of environment that we’ll never pay in our entire life, because it gives us unlimited benefits. Like, it provide us forests, air, water, trees, animals and many other tiny creatures. The trees clean the air and absorb the harmful gases injurious to health. They also reduce the danger of flood, purify water. The trees are also used to make papers and many wooden items such as furniture.
The environment also regulates the important systems necessary for the safety of the ecosystem. It also balances the culture and quality of life on the earth.
As we discussed earlier that it also maintains many natural cycles that occur daily. These cycles help in containing the balances between the living creatures and the habitat. Any kind of disturbance in these cycles can affect the natural life cycle of all the creatures.
The environment assist all the living creatures to exhibit and grow over the thousand years. It provides us fertile land, livestock, water, air and many basic things necessary for our survival.
Most of the human activities are the major cause of environmental degradation, because most of the activities harm the environment in some ways. It causes the pollution, climatic changes, ozone depletion, global warming, greenhouse gases.
All these affect environment very badly. The overuse of natural resources will create a condition in upcoming time, there will be no resource of consumption. The most basic thing we need to live, air got so polluted that humans will need bottled oxygen for breathing.
To conclude we can say that it is the environment that is keeping us alive. Without this cover we wont be able to live such a wonderful life.

The environment impacts the behaviors and motivation for an action to do. Our environment can encourage and discourage us among the interactions with the people. It can also influence the mood of people.
The environmental factors are the object in our surroundings that force some of our desires and thoughts, causes us to behave in a certain way. Our thinking patterns and decisions are widely influenced by the things which around us.
For example, we browse on a website and see that article which is suggested by someone or we are too curious about that. Your file is too far away from your working area, causing you to deluge on getting started on the weekend. The plates you to eat meal having a larger surface area, so you want to fill them full more than you need.
Even if we want to start a task with our best intentions, it’s worthless if the environment tells us to do another things. We highly rely on our surroundings and those people, are around us. We look around ourselves at the people, what they do and how they do, causes us to act accordingly to them. The reason behind this that we all humans are cognitive misers. We give worth to our thinking process to find an easier way to act about something.
Most of the times we choose how we face no hurdles. To do something different needs a lot of will power. There’s so much will power in human if we can handle it before our brain energy runs out. After that time we cannot do things differently. In a nutshell, to do something extra-ordinary we need gut to do it without thinking about the community or culture.

If we want to change ourselves we have to change our surroundings (company of friends). Because the actions are dictated by the environment. If we have options around us that are making hurdles about the goal we want to achieve or lead us to that outcome which we do not want. So you have to change your surroundings that dictates you how to achieve your desirable consequences dear to you.
If u want to improve the things or want to work on yourself, look on your surroundings and think how you can make it convenient for you.
For example, if you want to get your work done and you don’t lose focus, get rid of those things which causes distraction such as while doing home-work call from your can distract you so before you sit for your home-work switch off your phone. Another example, if you want to eat healthy food, put those things within your boundaries where you can easily get them. Or when you try to convince someone to do that specific task, it is better to elaborate him so it is convenient for a person to do so.
Desiring for something to happen is not enough. If you want a certain outcome, you will need an excellent environment for it that gets you closer to it.

Changing in environment can make it easier to do what we want and it leads to our desirable outcomes without even thinking about staying motivated. So if the surrounding are set up then we can make best decisions related to that situation comes easily, which can set ourselves to make good habits.
Sometimes think the change comes from within us. We believe that achieving an aim is about what we think and changing ourselves. But we forget to consider the point of a modifying environment, an impact largely on our actions and choices.
The changes we make may look like very small at initially. But when you make incremental changes in our environment, it becomes too easy to do what is right for us.
