# Healthy Mind , Wealthy Life# 💕
Wise one said 'Health is Wealth' & it's very much valid , people often forget to look after their own well being, while they are busy looking after the responsibilities of family and career aspects. This all starts from the basic health issue , that the majority of the world is facing, known as ( Stress). This simple term , often causes big issues like ( High BP , Anxiety, Panic Attack) etc among the individuals .

My basic motive here is to, make people aware that while we are responsible for others, we are equally responsible for ourselves & our health too . Inorder to live a ' Healthy lifestyle' , we must need to reprogram our brain to function in a healthy way.

We can start this by simply understanding the concept of life & how to deal with various situations. The first thing which we need to understand is that, life is a series of different situations both happy & stressful , but it's only temporary situation. Stress will only detoriate our health , instead of bringing any solution . So here are the following ways by which one can improve his or her Lifestyle .

1 Living in the present
# The most important step to have a ( Healthy Mindset) , is to practice the art of living in the present moment & to stop overthinking .

2 Positive Affirmations
# Before sleeping & while Starting the day , we must speak some positive affirmations exp ( I am already successful & abundant ) ,as this will not only help you feel better but also , manifest as you are setting your intentions to the universe

3 Helpful People
# surround yourself with Healthy & wise people ,who help to motivate you towards your goals and vision. Stay away & protect yourself from Narcissists & Energy vampires.

4 Positive Self Talk
# one way to reprogram your brain is, the way you communicate with yourself . It is very important to that you communicate in a positive way & not in a self critical way .

5 Self love & Self Respect
# It is very important for an individual to practice (self love & self care) , but not self obsession . It is equally important to set some strong Healthy boundaries with others.

6 Ego Vs Self Respect
# People often confuse (Self Love) with Ego . Self respect simply means to stand up for yourself and put forward your point in a polite way.

7 Inner Peace & Happiness
# It's important to realise that, other person, money or materialistic stuff cannot make us happy & satisfied. We can only attain it from within ourselves irrespective of any situation. It's all about our perception , whether we see Glass half full or Empty.

8 Nature & Pets
# It's very important for us to connect with the nature and animals as they not only heal us on emotional level but also ground our energies. In return it is our responsibility to take care of them as well.

# Best way to go for your goals & vision is to journal your goals & list them . Make vision board & mention your goals & start working on them step by step.
