Mr. Collins packed his luggage and went to the island. He was a fair completion middle age man. His voice was like a teacher who is teaching a kindergarten children. The patience level of this man was tremendous. May be this could be the only reason why the majority of people were in favour of him.

The island was situated at the corner of the sea. The tribal people were extremely connected with their customs and believes. Although the foreigners do provide them the option to adopt modern lifestyle but that couldn't helped much. Only the equipments and gadgets were accepted by them in the name of modern lifestyle. The basic education is still lacking.

Mr. Collins' job to check the regular supply of resources. Speaker 2 wished to grab this opportunity, to earn more by corruption. This era is quite mean. The one who earn more is respected more. The other people won't even consider the source behind his income. The officer who is more corrupt is the one who could control almost everything by using his black money.

But Mr. Collins was quite different. We can say he is not meant for this era. Along with his official duty he also influence these tribal people to ascertain education. People also accept his advice as the logic behind his points, remove all their doubts. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and months into year.

5 years have been passed. Mr. Collins received a letter.
