Unless you speak, you can't express actually what you feel inside. If you don't convey then misunderstanding depeens more and more and results in spoilage of roots. Sit and talk is the solution to maximum problems. If you can't understand something, ask them to explain again. If you can't figure out about yourself then sit and talk to self so that you can analyse and bring it down to conclusion.
Until you listen, you don't understand what's going at other end. You also need to understand the perspective in the different way. Traditional approach may not give the solution always.

Speak and listen are the two essential elements of communication. If any one of them is absent then the balance gets disturbed. Ensure that both are maintained.
