In your mercy, I beseech you,
Let my sleep be peaceful and restorative.
Command your lovingkindness to suppress nightmares from my dream and sleep.
Fill my sleep with good and positive dreams.
Let power empowers my spirit, my soul, and my body whiles I sleep.
Walk and work beside me whiles my ruins seek the ways of success in my sleep.
Project inner strength over my fears and tremblings.
Be my defender when my dream is attacked in a negative way.
Let the sound of peace hover over me whiles I sleep.
Strengthen my spirit, my soul, and my body whiles I sleep.
Refresh me once again with health and energizing body, spirit and soul when I wake up.
Let love, joy and peace awake me.
Fortify me with health and longevity.
