(Seven Months ago.....)

Kate was in the pantry, baking. When she suddenly heard a loud knock on the door. She ran to open it, when she found this stranger (an old man) in cuffs, asking for protection, as the police was searching for him.

She was confused. "An old man?At my door? From prison???"
Before she could say "JACK", he was missing. She looked around, but no sign of him.

She thought it was just something petty and returned to the pantry.

At night, she wondered how could this old man vanish in thin air....
