Nepotism

Being favoured is something everyone loves, right? ..... But is it fair to be in lime light without any efforts simply by using contacts. Ofcource not, it is highly unfair to ditch someone and replace him.Hiring or promoting a friend or relative even when a qualified candidate is avaliable is called nepotism.This practice is highly inappropriate.
