Angel couldn't stop thinking about the kiss. And how it had made her feel. She held her own arms, trying to find comfort in Carson's absence. She let out a sigh, wishing he was here with her. She longed for another moment with him. Another kiss. Another anything. She was scared she had done something wrong. Had she kissed him badly? Had she been too shy or too quick? She didn't know, she was hurt and confused. She didn't know why he had left and apologized, didn't he know she had wanted it too? She wanted him. And everything that came with being with him. Even the contracts that might put both their lives at risk. She shook her head, trying to clear her thoughts. She sighed, she couldn't do anything now. She could only wait and see how Carson would respond to the whole ordeal.
