people be like " be yourself" , " it's okay not to be okay" , If you are sad , cry if your are not okay tell us . but it's not as easy as it may sound because people judge you for showing your emotions they say "come on its not that bad ", " you are over reacting", " you lack of nothing why would you be sad" , 'some people have it worse' and the list goes on and on . and the shocking part is this that these people who are saying these things are either your family or your friends so pretending to be okay is easier than taking criticism for expressing your emotions. don't give advice when someone is telling you anything , they don't want your advice they just want to be heard . PERIOD!
