Abu Huraira (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: Allah is self-respecting and a believer is also self-respecting and the respect of Allah is injured if a believer does what He has forbidden him to do.

(Sahih Muslim, Book 50, Hadith 41)

Always control yourself and never let your nafs take control of you. Be mindful of what you do and remember Allah (SWT) all the time in hope of always remaining in a state of blessing and obedience.
