As people we have certain mechanisms which are set, one of them is the ability to use our minds in order to discriminate between right and wrong, truth and lie, etc.
We judge in order to know if we can trust or not, based on certain factors that are our guidelines.
It is a very necessary and useful ability which has served us to stay safe and quickly evaluate people and situations.
The twisted side of judging is being judgemental which has to do with criticizing mostly everything about a person, a situation or a thing. Not being satisfied and always finding fault in everything.
