As a person who has worked in customer service and seem the worst in adult people, who have acted like children, and overall idiotic, just keep doing what your doing. Your prove them wrong, they don't like it, but hey that's their problem. I think the worst experience was with some lady who didn't understand that coupons expire, past a date, but uh it sorted out when the manger came and called the security guard and and escorted her out. Took me a minute but I remember her yelling something like, "Your against America!" and like that's honestly really funny. I'm just trying to do my job mate! 🤣😅
