Birth & Death is not in Our hand , but Between the two words there is a Choice .... with this Choice we can choose what to do and what not to .... Only a choice can bring is change. There is no doubt that change is difficult not because it is always uncomfortable but we are so use to being comfortable even in our uncomfortable situation that we don't want to make a move .

Many people are living in an uncomfortable situation because they are afraid to Choose and to change .
