Whispered worries stroke my thoughts
Recesses twitching anticipated alert
Senses heightened now overly unsurped
Outward demeanour as a cooling breeze
Purposefully fashioned as a stalwart tree
Two anomalies dancing the rumba out of sync
This dance isn't what I think
For the beast inside is being quoshed
Allowing me to findly bind
Connecting harmony for my body and mind
