There is joy in seeing the sunrise
Because it's a testament that you woke up again
To see the beauty that life has to offer
And all the goodness God created in the world.

There is joy in seeing the sunset
Because it is an opportunity to thank God for another fulfilling day
To say a silent prayer in your heart
That only the Almighty can hear
A prayer of thanks and hope that "your tomorrow would be better than today."

There is happiness in seeing your family every morning
Hale and hearty with smiles on their faces
Oh, there is joy in the mischievous giggles of your younger ones
And the beautiful reassurance plastered on the faces of your elder ones.

There's joy in remembering the great moments you had with your friends.
And the promise of more great moments to come in the years.

There's even joy when you are on the sick bed.
On your journey to recover from your bad health.
When you are surrounded by family and friends
Their laughter and joy, in your ears, great cheers.

There is joy in winning in your chosen career
Moving on from one lap to another.
There's joy when you fail in your trials
And you are still determined to succeed regardless.

There's joy in nature all around you.
The one perfectly created by The Creator just for you.
There's joy in every living thing you see around.
And in the many big things that may seem far from your hands.

There's joy in every single thing that has made you smile.
Even if it was for just a moment that you didn't cry.
There's joy in the world even if it's for just a minute
And every second counts, so just smile.

Happiness is there and so is love.
Understand it and know the true definition of it.
Though sometimes it gets depressing and frustrating.
Not giving up is a great solution to this unease.








NB:
Happiness has not been really understood by the majority of us. It has been redefined and probably given another view from what it's supposed to be.
What is happiness? Why are we meant to be happy? I hear people say that they've never been Happy. Is that realistic? That, for the numerous odd years you must have spent on earth, for one single day, there hasn't been anything that made you smile? That made you feel rejuvenated? That you haven't smiled for even a little second? That's a lie! If this is how you feel, then your definition and understanding of happiness should be looked into and redefined.
