The truth at heart was tearing me apart but I guess it doesn't matter because the truth is all there is.

Can overcome the distance of some and the blissful yet dumb hope for what may never come.

When I say may I dissolve what I mean which is there's no chance in hell you are gonna be seen.

But as I've stated the truth's all there is and the truth is the fact that I still live in bliss.

But I have to put these dreams to rest in their own bed far away from me.

Just as far away from me as the dreams you claim consist of me.

Never in my life has a statement been made that impacted me in the ways every syllable you say did.

Never in my life have traces of memories never made pass my eyes in abundance as the week I spent with you did.

This is goodbye I say to my love.

Any more than a week the words would make me weak.

Who knows if I even would've wanted to speak.

I'm moving on but I'm not leaving it behind.
