that's a blessing to be honest
most of my friends are in prison or they victims of gun violence
I knew she couldt relate to that lifestyle
cuz she looked away and kept it silent
yk if I said I was perfect I'd be lying but something deep down inside me
keeps telling me to get away from this broken enviornment
I'm uncomfortable with the oppression
my cousin died of depression
I started using knowledge as my weapon
honestly aint been feeling like its a place called heaven
one day u here we laughing smoking and vibing
next night we having a moment of silence... hurting , drinking, and crying.
Sometimes the one behind it
be the one you played outside with
the ones you stayed the night with
skipping school and riding bikes with
but that's just how crazy this life is
what happened to standing on what you say
u owe that man then you should pay
neva take a debt wit u to the grave
