Let's climb the stairway to the moon,
Then sit and view the beauty of Earth's blue lagoon.
The moon will guide us as we go wander along,
With love beside us to fill the night with song.

We'll dance with stardust, a celestial ballet,
Where whispered secrets in the Milky Way play.
Diamonds will sparkle beneath our bare feet,
A world of wonder, oh so bittersweet.

Gazing back at Earth, a vibrant, swirling sphere,
Problems that once loomed will suddenly appear
Smaller and fainter, lost in the cosmic grand scheme,
Replaced by a calmness, a beautiful dream.

But as the first rays of dawn begin to creep,
Painting the sky with hues soft and deep,
We'll know it's time to descend from our lunar flight,
Carrying the magic of starlight through the coming light.

With hearts alight and spirits soaring free,
We'll take the wonder back down to reality,
Forever changed by the journey we took,
Hand in hand, forever to write in our life's book.
