Ghost
I used to live where you now stay,
In the bedroom where you now lay,
I walked the corridors roamed the halls,
That you have ruined with modern walls.
Your garish sense of panach and style,
Is vomit inducing and quiet vile,
Your tvs and your radios,
Give me a headache that never goes.
Back in my time children were seen and not heard,
They all bowed politely before they uttered a word,
Your children are screaming from dawn until night,
It’s enough to give this old ghost a fright.
Your all rushing around it’s quiet dizzying to see,
So many people with places to be,
So I will float away I am finished I’m done,
A day in your lives just doesn’t seem fun.
I can see we’ve advanced I can see we’ve progressed,
But my god your all crazy and it’s left me depressed.
