What thoughts color yours today?
What goals will you achieve someday?
You spend your time dreaming of glory,
While your life waits aside for its own story,

By time the dream is over, so is your opportunity.
Act in the midst of the dream,
don't wait til it's over,
listen to your heart scream.

You have one life on Earth,
Will you show it your worth?
Will you make connections and collaborate?
You are not an island,
The right people can push you, toward your fate.

Just give life your "yes",
Hope for the best, expect nothing less.
While easier said than done,
How else will the mind's battle, be won?

Preparation is key,
have a plan,
something tangible,
not a fantasy.

If you don't start today,
the zeal will fade away.
With time, passion does wane,
Aspirations keep you sane.

So my advice to you,
is have something to do.
To work for,
To beget,
