A plea .. of desperation. So weary ..
of the struggle .. Inside the battle wages on
The flesh is weak, my strength .. is gone

With these eyes I cannot see .. Revelations
Wisdom's folly. Vanished hopes, the endless planes
Forever to wander, lost .. forgotten

My soul adrift upon dark seas ..
A wilderness of chaos

These mortal bonds that hold me .. Still
I pray my soul releases

Break free of chains that claim my soul
I walk a void in darkness

Each moment I must tarry here
There is no one but me

Each day the war continues on
I bear such scars no one can see

Terrains of fire .. of brimstone seen ..
Dark wraiths to haunt my clouded dreams
I search in desperation bourne .. A way ..
To escape .. These chains that seize

Inside these darkling visions
That have consume my exhausted mind
A plea .. Uncertainty. So weary, lost ..
This path that lies before my feet

Inside the battle rages on
The flesh is weak .. My soul cries out
I know the truth .. That lies inside

.. I know the fault is mine.
