Our beautiful lies
Led us to these silent cries
Our lies were knives
They pierced thru our hearts and ruined our lives
We both knew it was love...
The rollercoaster of emotions we felt was indeed extraordinary
Our love was the highest of highest
And the lowest of lowest
When you were down, You dragged me with you
And when I stood on my feet, I pulled you with me
You broke me when you were broken
Hurt me when you were hurting
And made me laugh when you were laughing
Your emotions were mine
And mine were yours
Others say it’s toxic
But we knew it was love
For us it was love
We knew it was extraordinary
But it was our kind of ordinary
Our love was always real
But it had to end
Perhaps they were right, maybe we didn’t do it right
But also, maybe in another life, we can make it right.
