It's a brand new day and I'm feeling new
gone are the days of me feeling blue
the Sun outside is shining bright
I woke up this morning just feeling alright.
My heart and my soul are both aligned
the Heavens above and I'm feeling divine
I'm singing & dancing & feeling the beat
moments like this are precious and sweet.
Singing and dancing and feeling my soul
I woke up this morning completing a goal
moving my body to peace and joy
look in my heart & you'll see a little boy.
A brand new day and I'm ready to scream
I'm doing my part to achieve my dream
the years of work that I'm willing to do
I'm still in the game and you say it's taboo.
