GASLIGHT BITTEN
At this moment, at this second, at this time, like clockwork, is when, she suddenly reappears, to pay homage, to pay tribute, on this day, in her memory, putting down flowers, at this spot, as she remembers, so crystal clear, when her life, had changed, while she was out, on that foggy, london street, in the heart, of the city, on a pale, moonlit night, as she was, walking home, with only, the gaslights, to shine, the way, among the cobblestones, that shown, like sliver, being misty, from a light, fallen rain, as a figure, loomed, in her path, as she, felt scared, helpless and powerless, as these hands, grabbed her, holding her tight, then feeling, a sharp, bitten pain, while everything, then went dark and as, she woke up, with the morning light, in a close, still wondering how, she got there and not recalling, what happened, she felt marks, on the side, of her neck.

So now, as time, has passed by, with the seasons, that come and go, she has, remained the same, while life and loves, that have, come and gone, through her life, have left her alone, yet one day, she hopes and prays, that the one, that did this, to her, will come, in her path, as her hatred, for this stranger grows, but who it was, she may never know, yet in the meantime, she will live, her lives, seeing the world, through rose colored glasses, since the night, of being, gaslight bitten.
