You were a rock
You were old school.
You wasn't a punk parent

You wasn't big on affection
At least on all the kissing.
But grown to love
Yet you still didn't get use to it.

You loved with your heart
But didn't take any shhhhh.
You made sure we experienced life
And to always weigh our options.
From wrestling matches
To baseball games.
From lakes and beaches
To amusement parks and ice cream.

You were exactly your name
And that name is Queen.
To run a kingdom with ease
And so successfully.
The times that we shared
Truly I can't ever forget.
The love, the conversations
Gatherings with family and friends.

OMG I miss you so.
The band practicing at the house
Wonderful times in the kingdom.
