Who is at Blame?
When anxiety strikes, there's no shame
in seeking help for mental health.
But who's at fault, who's to be blame?
When it gnaws and twists, then steals the day,
Then leave you stranded, lost, with your sky all gray.
Who's to be blame, is it the world, with its ceaseless pace,
Along with the heavy burdens we’re forced to face?
Or is it within, that childhood lurking fear,
Which left a shadowed voice, only we can hear?
Then do we point the finger, and lash out blind,
As we craft villains in our own suspicious mind?
Or do we bury...
