After life?
Gazing up at the dark sky
I drew imaginary lines
With the stars that are as bright as the moon
I had to smile and wonder if I'll be up there soon.
I shut my eyes now everything thing's gone
No sky, no clouds, no birds.
Nothing at all.
And then the thought came to me what happens when I die?
Will you miss me, will you laugh, or will you cry?
Everyone wants to love and affection
But love's a journey, not a destination
I lost myself and drag along this poor little soul of mine
I was not ready for love and eventually, I lost shine
I need to be happy to shine again
And just maybe one day
maybe in another life,
in another time,
on another planet.
You'll once again mine.
